  1. I liked you on facebook! And I would like to win the giveaway because, besides the fun of shopping with a giftcard, I’d love another copy of the book! It’s great – I’m on my second reading.

  2. I just found the information about your book — I can’t wait to read it! I’ve been homeschooling for 7+ years but I’m still learning something new every day. I talk to new homeschooling moms all the time and I look forward to reading your book to help me appreciate how far I’ve come but how much I still need to learn. I also liked the FB page! All the best with the book!

  3. I want to read this book! I have homeschooled for three years and will never look back. I love the artwork on the book. Very cute!

  4. Wow! I’m excited to read your book. It will have to wait until summer, but have to have a good read for pool side!!! Can hardly wait.

  5. I will be embarking on a new adventure of homeschooling starting August 1, 2012. We have 3 boys and it is a totally new experience for me. I have been on the learning side of home-schooling, but never on the teaching end. I’d love to read your book and gain new insights on the struggles and joys of being a homeschool mom.

  6. I’m so glad I found your blog. I stumbled upon it while searching for another copy of your book.(for a gal at church) I’m on chapter “March” and enjoying it so much. I feel like I just made a new friend :)

  7. I forgot to answer the question :)

I would love to have a signed copy of your book and then I could pass my book on to a friend. And who doesn’t love CBD giftcards!!!

  8. My youngest two daughters (twins) will graduate this spring. I have always homeschooled them. I would really like to get them each a good book on following God’s plan for their lives and a new devotional Bible study from ChristianBook.com. Also, I really want the opportunity to read your book about your adventures while watching the memories run through my own head of two heads of hair stiff with butterscotch pudding while teaching their big sister the day’s math lesson. Then there was the time I tried hearing the oldest asking me school questions as she sat on the bathroom floor and I bathed her squealing sisters. What a grand adventure. I wouldn’t have missed it for the world! Good luck to all of you still in the middle of the wonder years.

    • That sounds like our house! Good to know they all survived until graduation. Gives me hope! :)

  9. Liked your book on Facebook because most of my friends know that I am a homeschooling mom and I love sharing others’ experiences as well as my own. Thank you for sharing your book with us and congratulations!

  10. Loved the book, loved how real you made it feel. We’ve all had days like you describe and I’m sure we’ll have many more. It’s fun to laugh about them (after we finish crying…)

  11. I’d love to read a copy of this novel. And on top of it, to spend money on books I want to read–instead of curricula I’m going to teach from–would be like chocolate truffles or taking a nap (which would be equally good!)

  12. Just found you tonight through the Familyman’s FB page. I’d love to win the book- I could use the encouragement. I’m in my 8th year of homeschooling now with 3 kids and I have no drive, desire, etc. Never have had it together on the homeschool front. Striving to finish out this year–but stayed up too late tonight…again…. Glad I did though since I found out about you!

    • Just ‘liked’ you on Facebook as well (we have a different name over there though).
Not cool enough to tweet, pin or blog…but we do have a small Etsy shop!

  13. Not really sure how Facebook knew we were planning on homeschooling! Saw your ad on the side and clicked over. Our girl is 3 and we know we’re in for some good times and some great challenges! We look forward to reading how you kept your sanity through the process…or read the rantings of someone who went bonkers because of the process!

  14. I would like this book… because I love reading. I hope to be able to read some when my kids finish their homeschool year. Oh, yeah, I love homeschool! two reason’s I’d like this book. And because your “cover” at the top of the blog pretty much looks like my life. I would also love to see inside the mind of another homeschool mom. Always feel like I want to be a fly on the wall of someone elses’ homeschool room. Boy is it ever an experiment! I love it, though, chaos and all.
